Up to 3 people on a 2-seat cart. Up to 5 people on a 4-seat cart. No children on Laps.
Speed is governed at no more than 15mph to follow rules and regulations.

The charger is located on the back at arrival and removable, plug in on right side of seat. Other end can be plugged into any standard 110 outlet.
